Our Cancellation Policy
Your satisfaction with GudLuck Spices is our highest priority. We will guide you with any order cancellations or item returns. Kindly refer to our cancellation policy.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Gud Luck Foods reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect or incomplete customer address details.
- Incorrect product price or specification mentioned on www.gudluckfoods.com/
- Unavailability of products due to stock issues.
- If the delivery area is classified as “Non-Serviceable” by our logistics partner.
2. Returns Procedure
At Gud Luck Foods, we hope that you will be happy with the tools and equipment you order. However, if you have a change of mind for any reason, you can cancel your order for any item purchased on the website or by Mail Order for a refund.
- If you received a damaged product, report it via email within 24 hours with images.
- Returns are accepted only for items with manufacturing defects.
- Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging.
- Delivery or postage costs are non-refundable.
- Refund will be processed only after inspection.
- Products marked as “non-returnable” cannot be returned.
- Clearance sale products are not covered under the return policy.
- Combo products cannot be returned individually.
3. Steps to Follow to Return a Product
- Inform us via call/email within 2 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused.
- The invoice should be available.
- We will raise a request for reverse pickup.
- Pack the product with brand packaging and paste the invoice.
- Hand over the product to the courier.
- After receiving the product, a quality check will be done.
- If defective, we will arrange a replacement (subject to availability).
4. Replacement Policy
- Replacement products will be shipped within 7 working days.
- If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
- Returns are not accepted if the product has no defects.
- Items significantly different from description are eligible for return.
5. Refund Policy
Once the order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded based on the payment mode used. Refunds may take 8–10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.
For NEFT or Cheque payments, please email the following details from your registered email:
- Account number
- Account holder name
- IFSC Code
After receiving the required information, the refund will be processed in 7 business days and reflected within another 8–10 business days.
